Google added voice typing to Docs this past year, however it was fairly limited. Today, Bing is moving out more features to voice keying in Docs. You have control of formatting like text selection, punctuation, and duplicate / paste. Although this is not strictly Android, it’s pretty close so we think it’s awesome.

You have access to Google’s improved voice typing engine by visiting the various tools menu. Google has updated its help pages with the new instructions you should use, not every one of that are employed by me quite yet. You’ll be able to state such things as “highlight [color]” and “apply heading 3” to handle the document without typing.

You will need to use Chrome to obtain voice keying in docs. Google states this will be currently available, so try it out.

Android is getting suckier and suckier , the more apps are getting a material design overhaul. I don’t know if I want to continue using it for much longer if it’ll stay like this but I am looking more at tizen as an alternative than windows phone.
