Verizon Will Ultimately Launch The Nexus 6 Tomorrow (March twelfth) With Android 5.1

Verizon sure has had its sweet time being prepared for the Nexus 6 release. The unit grew to become available (kind of) elsewhere in November, however Big Red has announced its launch is going on tomorrow, March twelfth. The Nexus 6 on Verizon may also launch with Android 5.1.

If you wish to obtain the Nexus 6 direct from Verizon, you’ll cough up $249 on contract, or $27.08 monthly on Verizon Edge. If you purchase prior to the finish from the month, Google will toss in six several weeks of Access free of charge.

Since the Nexus 6 will ship with Android 5.1 (which needs to be shedding any time now) it’s support for Verizon’s Advanced Calling 1. VoLTE system. I’ll, however, observe that Verizon unsuccessful to exhibit the rear of the unit within the announcement. I bet there is a big Verizon emblem. It should not be carrier locked, though, as Verizon tends to avoid that any longer.
